Skeptical
My first frustration was when I want to communicate with another storage facility and it turned out that the climate control wasn't quite within the range that I would like it to be. With best box being about the same range of temperatures and having advertised a 10x20 room for less than $100 a month, I reserved that room and went across town to this storage facility. When I got there I was told oh your reservation just ended and they could not find this rate. So, the rate was $50 more a month. Well, when I showed up to move in, it turned out the lock on the handle to the door had never been unlocked for me. So, I had a information about the code to access the gate. But, no actual ability to access my unit. I had three movers hanging out waiting with me at $150 an hour trying to figure out how to get into this unit. Apparently there's no one at Best box who's ever even heard of having these locks on the door and nobody could certainly help me figure out how to app access to my own unit. So then I had to pay for actually two 10 by 10 units at another facility which actually cost about the same per unit as the 10x20. So, I'm having to double my expenses and I had to pay these three men from the movers to drive 30 minutes across town to another facility so that we could gain access and unload the u-haul. I would be very cautious about making sure that the price they quote you online is the price that you pay and, they need to get there system fixed for how to access these units. Or, somebody in corporate somewhere needs to figure out how to help you gain access to your unit.
