  Don't pay months ahead

  Thank you Lynne!!! Finally after trying to get our 1 month refund due to us (for a month we didn't need the unit for), we have our refund check in hand. For 6 months we have been promised a refund due us, by several different company representatives, only Lynne was able to work this out. We hope the owners appreciate the hard work being done on the "LOCAL SCENE" by their employee Lynne. Again our thanks & appreciation go to Lynne.

  Waiting for Refund Check

  We closed out our contract on January 27, 2022. We had paid through February 2022. On January 27, 2022 we were promised a refund check for the 1 month we had paid for and didn't not use, a total of $85.00. We were told that in approximately 2 weeks we would receive the refund check. We waited 1 month and did not receive the check. My husband has since spoken to several different individuals every 2-3 weeks. Each individual saying the issue had been corrected and we would be receiving our refund check in 2 weeks. On approximately June 15, 2022 he spoke to Lynn and again she promised a refund check that we should receive in 2 weeks. Lynn told him if he had not received the check in 2 weeks to let her know. She also ask him if he would give them a positive review. He was stunned by the request since it has now been 5 months and still no refund check. Yet, he told her once he received the check he would do what he could. He called again, after 3 weeks, and left a message for Lynn that he had still not received the refund check and ask if we would have to go through small claims court. It is a small amount, but now it is the principal of the thing. The last call he made was on July 8, 2022 and NO ONE has returned his call and he still has not received the refund check, almost 6 months later.
