Welcome to Self Storage 1 of Chicago, IL, your premiere self-storage location Our facility is clean, safe and secure We offer a free move-in truck with your storage unit rental. We also accept packages on your behalf and offer low-cost insurance made for self-storage. We are conveniently located just off Ashland Avenue near 90/94. Our facility features several amenities including:

- Your items will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a climate controlled atmosphere for all self-storage units
- Keep covered from the snow and rain with our covered loading dock off Armitage for convenient access to your unit
- Take advantage of the competitive rental rates & new tenant promo of three months half off
- Access for the first two weeks to free move-in truck upon completion of lease paperwork
- Month-to-month self-storage rental agreements for maximum flexibility

Great Staff - Nice Facility!
Staff was super helpful and on top of communications, confirming appointments, and filling out paperwork. My 7x10 unit was upgraded for free, and the unit I received was in a great location and easy to access.

Best storage unit
Amazing customer service and very clear on all the details. Included a move in van which saved us a ton. Great people and great facility.
