Just not what the best for the money
For what it cost it could be a lot more nicer. I'm renting another unit at another location for $20 dollars cheaper which is gated and well lit also. This one is way more expensive for the money and all they are charging I paid them the money and I am already receiving outstanding balance notifications and if I didn't need this bc of an emergency situation I would ask for money back if I was in a moving truck I wouldn't be able to get it to my unit either is another issue and it's not the safest area looking at night next to the train tracks just saying

Our facility has just been recently fenced, gated and new LED lights installed. I am sorry for your experience the facility is now under new ownership. As far as outstanding balance our system keeps track of all payments and only produces notifications if someone is late. If you would like to discuss further please contact us directly. Thank You
