I’ve been apart of the E.S. family on & off since 2013 and always had a great experience in every state!!! Today Curtis Blazek continued to make my experience excellent! He knew the business and was Quick and Efficient, Extremely Professional yet Friendly too!!!

From the moment I walked into Extra Space Storage in Concord, I was greeted with the warmest smile and most genuine energy from Courtney. She’s not just an employee — she’s the heart and soul of this place! Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail, helped me find the perfect unit for my needs, and made the entire process stress-free and even fun (which I didn’t think was possible when renting a storage unit!). Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made me feel like I was being taken care of by a friend who truly cared. The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and super secure — you can tell Courtney takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. She even checked in after my move-in to make sure everything went okay — that’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see anymore! I had the storage unit for about 4 or 5 months, there was an increase w/o me being notified or aware, I did call the office and Spoke to Stephanie in which was very nice and very professional, she did assist with hearing my complaint and worked on assisting, I was helped and very satisfied with the end result of the call.. Thanks Stephanie!!!! I really appreciate It… but every experience that I have had with any personnel has been positive.the customer service has always been a good experience. Thanks so much for that!! 😄
