We paid for a storage unit online and realized our stuff was never going to fit!! We had to stop into the office to see about changing to a larger unit close to the one we had already loaded. Ace was working at the desk and greeted us with a warming smile. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. Ace is an absolute asset to Extra Space Storage!!
