Called and received prompt answer to all questions I had. Signing up was very quick and easy. Moved in my items yesterday and was so pleasantly surprised at how nice the facilities were and what easy access it had. Would recommend!

Just got signed up yesterday and super happy with my experience so far! Unit was clean and the property is well maintained.

Premier Storage of Greenbrier -508 US 65 was the worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. Third party representatives made every situation with the unit(s) miserable. Third party communication was very difficult, most of the time rude and never helped with any problems that came up simply a dead end each time. There is no one at the facility working, so when problems occurred there was no in person help. The facility changed owners when we rented here, instead of keeping the rent as it was with previous owners the facility claimed there was no paperwork for any tenants to look back on for records of us renting therefore we could either move out or go along with new rules and payment etc from here on out. Rent increased as well as the price for rent is changing each month there is NO fixed price. We had the switch units because there was a rat infestation. Once we noticed the rats we did all the steps to remove them and keep them out but there was nothing more we could do on our end. We changed units in hopes to save the rest of items since we had lost over half of things already to rat damage. Moving units DID NOT fix the problem. All of our household indoor outdoor items, everything we owned, 3/4 of it is now gone because of rats chewing away, urinating and expelling feces on everything. We have filed a claim and hopefully can get some kind of compensation to help replace even a little of what was damaged. We moved out this weekend which was the easiest process and the representative Aron was a delight thankfully. I will NEVER use this facility again. I would NEVER recommend this facility unless some serious changes are made. Communication has been great, and I’ve never had any issue with getting ahold of someone when calling instantly. Setup and paying is as easy as possible.

Easy to sign up but I miss the interaction with a person. I wish I could have gotten a unit closer to my home as this one is 45 minutes away. Hard to find a climate controlled unit but this one does have them.
