This establishment is a great establishment but the agent, Tammy, shes just absolutely amazing. If it weren’t for her I’d literally be going bald from stress and aging by the day. She has helped me SO much! If she ever quits and goes to another storage depot, I’m clearing out my storage and going to wherever she goes! Shes Literally a lifesaver! Thank you so much Tammy! You’re the best!

Tammy was amazing! She was incredibly nice, helpful, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions with patience and had such a positive attitude every time I interacted with her. Great customer service like hers really stands out. I definitely recommend this location because of Tammy!

I've dealt with multiple locations and many different managers with Extra Space. My experience here at the Build America Dr. location has by far been the best. Tammy has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, it's been great working with her. Awesome doing business here!

I stopped into Extra Storage space today to rent a storage unit. I tried to do it online and I was unable to complete the process. I went into the store. I talked with the young lady by the name of Mrs. Tosha , She was really great very friendly down to our excellent customer service I enjoyed talking with her. It’s nothing like going to someplace to conduct business and you just have that excellent in the Customer Service you talking to somebody like your friends with she was just so pleasant and I love the fact that this location is just so clean and this is not my first time running here so I went back when I needed space again today again the place is always so clean. They’re always taking good care of it. They ride around quite often making sure everything safe and clean and just a great place to to do business with again, I would like to say thank you for the excellent customer service. Thank you for being so friendly knowledgeable, knowledgeable of your job and being patient with me. Sorry I messed up your computer today by going online putting an order in kind of screwed things up and but that I do apologize but I want to say thank you with my heart. Thank you for your excellent customer service and liking my experience. A great experience as always you guys are the best and thank you for being so down to earth and so friendly.
