Very easy to use
Everything is on an app, no need for keys or cards. That forgot to tell me to turn off the WiFi and keep only the Bluetooth- otherwise the app has some issues. Very easy to use.

Overall OK at best!!! Facility is very clean which is great!!! The lighting in the bin I got is horrible / horrific!!! How do they expect you to go through my belongings??? I will have to bring into the hallway to see my paperwork that I must go through!!! Never thought about the lighting situation and assumed lights were with every unit!!! Not the case!!! Also we had to wait a very long time for the small carts all while I had to pay workers for standing around!!! This bothered me a lot along with the limited lighting!!! Wanda was helpful, but it seemed out of her hands & all the corporations fault!!! I am locked into a six month contract and now I no I made a big mistake!!! Also why I was moving in, people were moving out to other facilities that had way cheaper pricing!!! A 10×10 was $75 a month at another facility which was way cheaper by miles than my rate!!! I am stuck, but now I no about several facilities that have way way way better pricing!!! The good part is the facility is very clean and I felt very safe!!!
