Greenkey Storage- Vanwall

This morning when I came to look for an unit. I called the company Greenkey Storage. And for my fortune lucky day. Ms. Evelyn provided the best service ever. She was diligent, friendly and she understood my concerns. She did the process so fast and easy. I recommend her service at 100% thanks Evelyn for made my transition to the site very easy!! 👌👌

These people are greedy and just because my disability payments come on the 3rd Wednesday of every month they're making me pay late fees. If an apartment complex and light company waive late fees because of this then they should as well especially when you don't have the funds to pay in advance.

Awesome customer service, decent hours, friendly staff!!😁😁💋.. No I stand corrected because twice now I've been locked inside this place there's nobody on there's nobody here there's supposedly a caretaker that's right now so but yeah I can't get ahold of anybody so I'm just going to sit here and just wait till morning which is what I was made to do on the very first day that I ever rented this place customer service is horrible I was made to stay here all night my very first night because I was 34 minutes late I'm going to get out of the gate I understand getting out really and now the guy that was right next door is a caretaker cannot come open the door for me just gave me cuz it's broken and I can't do it I call and you can't get a hold of anybody except the this is ridiculous I've been trying to get a hold of somebody for over half an hour I will not be we will not continue that this is ridiculous

I just called and talked to one lady so nice even help me set up my account it's just my first experience with them but Im already like it

This place is more of a value than might meet your eye at first. The best thing about the facility is 24 hour access. There is no additional fee. It is not climate controlled and not likely the safest place to keep items of high value. I use it as a second garage. If you need extra space and 24 hour access in spring branch, this is great option.
