BEWARE!!! Very bad business, I signed a rental agreement on 5 Feb 2025, and on 9 May 2025, exactly 93 days later they sent me a letter stating that my monthly fee will increase from $121 a month to $271 a month, yes, a $150 increase. I'm not the only person with this situation and the biggest problem is that corporate do not care. Unfortunately, I'll be moving in 30 days. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ATLANTIC SELF STORAGE FACILITY BECAUSE THEY HAVE THEIR HANDS TIED AND CORPORATE IS MAKING THE PRICE INCREASE DECISIONS, AVOID HEADACHES!!

Poor business practices. Online payment system has been down for 4+ months. The “contact us” functionality of their website is a joke as they have ignored every inquiry as to when their payment system may be functional again.

I went to file a complaint about discrimination by the Beach Blvd Flea market manegers, and they did nothing. I have recordings and evidences for which I am in the process of legal action. Bad racist people!
