You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the people he helps. I spent two days on the property and felt safe the entire time. The facility was very clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. Vincent was very nice and a pleasure to speak to he made purchasing my storage unit very convenient. He gave me a peace of mind and explained everything throughly and helped with getting my boxes lock and tape. While managing the phone and other clients as well. He deserves a raise.

My monthly bill was overdue for quite some time because I hadn't yet received my bank card. I spoke with Jamie and she was very understanding about my situation. I called one day when Jamie was out of the office and ended up talking with a representative at the call center. He inquired and found out that there was another option to pay my bill. I was so glad to get the bill paid. Both Jamie and the male representative I spoke with were very nice and helpful to me. I give them 5 stars!!
