Near Summerlin, this is the best place to get a storage unit!! It has cooled air, so it’s not hot at all and very comfortable. A staff member named Ben helped me out—he was incredibly kind and explained everything clearly. Super helpful. Highly recommend! 👍

My husband recently rented a storage unit at this location for our business, and we’ve both been extremely impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. What really stood out to us was the staff. Ben and Jeff were both phenomenal. Ben was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and Jeff made a huge impact as well with his consistent communication and attentiveness. Even when the office was busy, Jeff always made sure to follow up, return calls, and keep us informed, which we really appreciated. That level of care and professionalism is hard to find. The entire team here is amazing and friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to great customer service. On top of that, the office and facility are very clean and well-maintained, which gave us even more confidence in choosing this location for our business needs. We’re very happy we chose this location and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run storage facility.

Jeff and Ben were very friendly and helpful. Storage facility was clean. Obviously, we don't rent storage units very often, but if we do this is the place to rent. New, friendly, honest and great pricing!

I just secured a storage unit at 310 Rock Springs Rd. and Ben was amazing. We did everything over the phone (long distance) without a hiccup. Had the best experience today with Ben! Truly cares about having a very calming experience. I am closing a business and it’s hard to lose my whole career into a unit.
