Extra Space Storage - 1552 - Lawrenceville - Hurricane Shoals Rd

I had a 10 x 10 and it was clean and easy to access. The roll up door is in perfect condition. The office staff is 100% the best.

I decided to get the storage unit this past Saturday on a whim and the employee on the phone, Robert, was so thorough and helpful. I really appreciated the customer service and the convenience that came from it.

I really encourage anyone that’s looking for a clean storage facility to go to the this location. The facility is huge and it’s super clean. I love the customer service at this location. The prices for the units vary by the size your seeking. It can range from $49.00 to $300.00 but it’s worth ever penny. You receive a gate pin to access the gate. The gate locks at 10:00 pm but you can still be inside just will not be able to come back in.

Ciera the store manager was very helpful. She helped us found the right unit in very short period of time. My wife and I really appreciated her assistance.

So far, I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. I’ve just relocated out of state and went with another storage company initially which was a headache and a big mistake! I couldn’t even access my unit. So, I closed that other account and came to Extra Space Storage. There are actual humans there during normal business hours and you don’t have to wait days for management to call you back. The lock came with this storage and I didn’t have to pay $20 for it (like the other guys). The staff here are courteous! There were a couple of spider friends in the corners of my outdoor unit (as to be expected), but when I called to ask that they be sprayed, an employee immediately came and took care of the little buggers! My experience has been top tier with this company. Thank you for making this an enjoyable and stress free experience, especially for someone who just relocated from thousands of miles away.
