Awesome Customer Service!!
After having a horrible experience with Green River storage, I called storage.com and asked for another storage facility. They found Big 7 and made me a reservation immediately. Not even 10 minutes after the reservation someone from Big 7 called me to confirm and he was really nice! I relocated from Georgia to Texas and I was realizing that I wasn't going to make it by 3pm, so I called Rhonda at the office and she went above and beyond to help me out. She gave me her personal number and told me to call her when I arrived and she would come up to the storage to let me in. I was two hours late and arrived at 4:45. Rhonda was there waiting for me! She was the sweetest most professional person ever. She greeted my whole family and drove me around to the storage unit and made sure i was ok. I can't say enough about Rhonda!!
