Self Storage Loganville

We’ve had our unit here for almost a year, and this is now the FOURTH time we’ve been taken off autopay because of “issues”. I set up autopay specifically so I don’t have to track monthly payments, yet every few months I’m getting a notice saying something messed up in their system and I have to do everything all over again. Each time, call in to see what the issue was exactly and have them take my information all over again. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of offering autopay in the first place. If autopay can’t be relied on, that needs to be clearly communicated. This ongoing issue has been disruptive and stressful, and at this point it feels like a recurring system failure rather than a one-time mistake. I really hope management addresses this because customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly fix the same problem.

I admit, I was a little frustrated at first due to their odd office hours. But once I finally got in and met with Natasha, she made it all better! Your prices are unmatched and the facilities are very nice! Natasha stayed after hours to make sure I was well taken care of (and it felt like hanging out with an old friend!). When I found that I was not provided a lock, Natasha provided a new one in the unit (and said she would cut open the side of the package for me!) since I wouldn't make it back during office hours. Natasha is absolutely the best!!
