So far, it has been a wonderful experience!
Although we have not completely moved everything in, the process is going wonderfully! It is SO HELPFUL to have rolling carts at the loading doors; what a convenience!! Thank you!!

Very large storage facility
My access code to the gate did not work. I had two moving trucks waiting in the pouring down rain. It took about 15 minutes to get a customer service rep or facility manager to assist me.

On arrival, my access code did not work the gate. It was pouring down rain and I had two moving trucks waiting to get into the property. It took approximately 15 minutes to get a manager, or assistant out to open the gate.
