Didn't honor reservation price.
We were charged 230% more than the price given when we made the reservation. The storage facility was not where we made reservations for. Office had moved also. It was just a big disappointment.

Rate increases 45% in less than one year.
they have raised my rent from 135 to 155, to 175, and now to 195 a month. 15x20. you can go online and rent the same unit for 118$ and first month free. if this sounds like the kind of folks you want to do business with.. good luck. nice folks, horrible business practice.
