Public Storage - McKinney - 1415 N Custer Rd

This storage is hard to get into and out of. They have increased my rent several times. I asked just recently for them to keep my payment the same but I seem not to be getting anywhere with Public Storage. Husband just recently got laid off. Public Storage is all about the money. Business owners in the past years have been good about keeping customers. In the world we live in now it’s about the money. Highly would not recommend it. . Wish my review could be more positive

Alice was amazing! Before I even fully stepped into the building she greeted me warmly and was ready to help. I went in confused and stressed about the best option for my belongings and she made sure to give me full details on what’s available and even showed me these as well so I can have a better idea on them. I feel much better about moving forward with my selection now thanks to her insight. Truly amazing customer service, would give even more stars if I could!

I had an excellent experience at Public Storage thanks to Alice. She was the one who answered my phone call yesterday and she was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable on the different units and ways to reserve units. She explained every detail clearly, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made the entire process quick and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Alice does especially at a storage where people are in and out so quick. I’m relieved to be able to renovate my house and know my valuables are kept safe with employees who know what is going on.

I had a great experience at public storage today. Andrea helped me figure out what unit works best for me. She was very professional and she made me feel like she really cared about all my needs. The other associate Angela was also professional and polite. The entire facility was really clean, from the rest rooms to the units. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I will gladly refer anyone that needs a storage unit to here.

The customer service here is awesome. Angela, Alice, and especially T.K. "The One and Only", are the best!! They have been consistently kind, courteous, and most helpful. They strive to resolve any issue and take whatever time is needed to make certain that the customer is satisfied. Thank you so much, this level of service is hard to find these days.
