Nice place
I have been very well welcomed by the Manager Jean. He explained me everything and even showed me physically how open the locker, order the elevator, etc.

Elevator broken
I have not even been able to get more of my stuff on bc the elevator is always down! I was able to initially get my stuff in but then not for a few more days! I have back problems and canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t climb stairs to bring stuff in. No email communication letting us know about it or apologizing for the inconvenience! Annoying to say the least! I also sent my declaration to get the $12 off for next months payment and u have not heard a wolf from anyone! Does anyone monitor the Orlando3 email!!!??
