Always call
After seeing in line that this facility had 24 hour access, I rent a unit on line and pay for it. Go into the office to check in… only to find out they don’t have 24 hour access. Why advertise it then? I’m super bummed I’m out a months rent as I won’t use the space now due to location. The office manager seemed super frazzled that day so I just left as I felt she didn’t have the time to talk about it.
