A clean place with hospitable employees!!!
The last facility I used in Brooklyn was so awful that the rats got in and chewed up all my clothes. However this storage company keeps the place very clean and I believe my things are safe. The employees are always helpful and courteous. It's so nice to deal with folks that don't take their bad day out on the customers. Yes, I really like this place!

Howard and Will exceptional customer service agents!!
Will and Howard both were courteous, pleasant and extremely helpful. They both took the time to explain their storage policies clearly.Very patient with customers and very helpful with customers transitioning my items to storage. I highly recommend Prime Storage at 109-09 180th St. Jamaica, NY. Great prices, great service and very clean.
