I like how secure the units are. But if you have questions thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no on-site customer service. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t buy the locks from the kiosk located at the storage unit they are a lot cheaper at Walmart or even U-Haul. And wow the keypad for nobody will book it says to push Star before typing in your access code so make sure you do that otherwise they wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let you in but overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m pretty impressed
