Poor security, lots of theft
I stored my RV there and it was broken into. Had the generator stolen from my RV and there were apparently like 5 RVs hit. A lot of companies use this lot for work trucks, and have workers constantly using the yard. It's not a safe place to store vehicles. They have very poor security, especially around the vehicles. Few cameras, easy to jump the fence. Apparently there are work truck left there with the keys in them. Someone stole one of these trucks and later abandoned it, but not before stealing from several RVs including mine. Would not recommend due to high traffic and theft onsite.
