Good location, active owner, but outdoor lot is a work in progress
I understand that this facility suffered some damage in the recent flooding and they are in the process of rebuilding, but as of this writing (6/17/15) the open lot area is not suitable for secure storage. Prices are reasonable, and the ownership is responsive and helpful. And I will say that the inside storage units look fine, and are drive-up accessible, and protected by a fence and keycode gate. But avoid SNG for outdoor lot storage. I booked an open storage spot at SNG sight-unseen. I had just bought a vehicle and needed a spot to drop it and hopefully store it for a few months until it is reliable enough to drive daily. The outdoor vehicle storage portion of this facility is pretty rough. It consists of a partly leveled, partly sloped, grass surface below the main storage facility, which is on the bank of an unimproved drainage creek (real flood risk here). There is currently no security gate of any kind. The access driveway is very rough, and probably impassable for anything smaller/lower than a pickup truck.
