  I live in valley park and I went to this location to proctect my items from damage.. I was very stressed but the girl at the desk mallorie calmed me down and all my valuables are safe.

  Thoroughly satisfied & utterly impressed with my first experience

  This is the first time I've used this storage facility, and I have to say I was utterly impressed with their service, their facility, the professionalism and helpfulness. Every member of staff I met and dealt with were just wonderful, warm and professional and went above and beyond to assist me. The unit was clean and cool, no musty smell, and seemed well secured. I feel my belongings are safe and secure during their stay. Thank u Public Storage...

  Easy to reserve, great location and friendly staff.

  The entire process was extremely easy. From reserving the unit online to finishing up the paperwork at the office it went very smooth. I would highly recommended it to family or friends. The units are clean and easy to access.

  went to store some boxes after a heavy rain,in which the bottom boxes in a corner were wet!! which made all the boxes on top to

  Boxes got wet after a rain storm and collapsed, with everything on top!!
