When we moved into our unit, it was spotless! But we noticed there were gaps at the back of the unit where critters could get in. We called Sparefoot and they immediately referred us to the site manager for correction. When we met Josh, he was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly!! He needed to get supplies to correct the problem, and met us at 8 am the next morning, even though he had another committment that kept him out until the early morning hours. Not only did he fix our unit, but he also made sure another unit we referenced was also fixed right away.
