Good service, clean
Need to inform people of what lock is needed at the site. I have used your company in N J and have 3 of your locks, but was told I had to use one that I didn't have with me, I had to B somewhere and did not have time to go and get it. I had to buy the one they had even thro others had the same lock I had. I was told the company switch to a new lock.

Rental Agreement section 3.2 locking/securing your space.
This particular Public Storage location, located on Boca Rio Road, can set some of their own policy as it relates to locking/securing your space. They require you to purchase a special cylinder lock at a cost of over $20. This policy is not stated in section 3.2 of the rental agreement, where it states you are responsible to secure your own space. This $20 lock cost, as well as the $25 admin cost to rent a space, negates their sales pitch of "1st month for $1.00. "Renter beware."
