horrible customer service and damaged door on unit.
horrible storage and customer support. no manager on site so took numerous phone calls to reserve unit via Moody management; disconnected twice. cost $10.00 for reservation which was good for 7 days, but agents called and left text messages everyday trying to force me to pay for unit before viewing unit. when i finally viewed unit it wasn't a rollup door as stated by one of the agents, but rather a regular door with an inexpensive hasp-latch lock. door was damaged and not a good seal which would be access to water, bugs and/or rodents. looked like an old maintenance room or previous office. very difficult to reach agents when calling. the entrance gate didn't work properly and again had to make numerous calls to reach agents. having to call so many times the agents became rude concerning their remarks. finally decided not to rent so lost my $10 reservation fee.

Hi Jennie,
I am very sorry to hear about your poor experience at our facility. We have 61 units there, and 60 of them are roll up doors, with one being a pedestrian door, which is what was reserved through Sparefoot. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. I'd be happy to refund your reservation fee.
