I was very pleased with the customer service provided. The facility is very clean and secure. I feel safe when I am at the storage facility. Also, the moving truck was offered but unfortunately it was not working at the time I moved in.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was met with the friendliest, kindest and most helpful people. The paperwork and sign up process was quick and the price was less than I expected. Everything was thoroughly explained. I was offered to use a moving truck to move in at no charge. My unit was swept and clean before I moved in. I am impressed at how clean this facility is maintained. The units are alarmed and the grounds are monitored. I feel confident in their security process. For starter the online reservation was simple straight to the point.I was greeted with a friendly,professional,safe welcome .The facility was clean, secure and easy to access. I was offered use of there moving truck at no cost. The paperwork was hassle free and took less than 20 min. I did price comparisons on other facilities and the service and price was unmatched.
