Climate Controlled needs to be cooler !
I've rented from here years ago, I had no problems, my only concern now is that the sheetrock has apparently been cut out and replaced leading me to believe it was broken into from the adjacent unit, I'm just hoping this does not happen again if it did once before. My other issue is while I was moving my belongings in I was sweating in the building that was supposed to be climate controlled. I called the office and was told that the climate controlled meant 80 degree's. I could have left my stuff outside and payed less for 80 degrees. It wasn't that hot the last time I rented there. But I don't want my things sitting in the heat, hence ( Climate Controlled. ) Other than that I'm happy.

Very minor issues
Very minor issues, BUT, I have to say overall the property was very clean, units look secure, manager was thorough and very nice. I do however have an issue with no lighting in my 12×12 c.c. unit. Other than that, keep up the good work..thank you.
