I am glad my sister took me to this one. Clean and the temperature control unit and hallway was perfect.
This storage place has a great location, very nice, clean and friendly staff. I rented a 10X15 and cost $150 and I think this is too pricy than competitor. I am glad they give discount for 3 months. Overall I loved it and easy access.

they really need to emphasize that you cannot be IN the facility after 11pm or you will be locked in FOR GOOD. People are under the impression that you can get out, but not in after 11pm. NOT THE CASE. we were locked in the there was NO EMERGENCY number and NO ONE answered. it was pure hell b/c they have to have some type of emergency 24 hour number to call and contact someone or the lazy person at the desk could have REALLY drilled it into the residents brain that this is an absolute must to be out by 11pm sharp.

Good customer service, price is good; however, I think there is room for improvement as well as not liking having to buy insurance from them.

Great online move-in special
Entrance gate is open all day, so there is no control over who is entering the facility. The climate controlled building was very warm inside. I was told the air conditioner was blowing only on one side of the building...not my side, obviously. I wish this information had been shared as I was filling out the rental contract. During move in, I decided to keep the unit through the 3-month move-in special period. If the A/C issue is not resolved by then, I will change units or move to another facility.
