Storage review
So far so good. Nice new location no complaints. Wish it was a little cheaper

Elevators don't always work.
Sometimes while getting in the elevator the door won't close. Other times the doors won't open will you are in elevator. 9 pm is early for a storage unit to close.

Terrible customer service
The lady at the counter was slow and rude. The option for contactless rental isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t true. I did everything online but still had to stop inside to get the gate code. You have to enter the gate code going in and out and the codes are very long. You cannot walk in through the pedestrian gate. They have no carts to help move heavy items. I would give zero stars for customer service if it were an option.
