Unit 9
Unit 9 was given to me after I paid online. For 1 I don't think it's a 10x20 like I reserved and the gate opens into the unit. They need to remove it from their list.

They have continued to change the condition of the contract. I do not recommend this facility.

Rental increases are typically done across the board once per year. Generally, the increases are minimal and they are implemented to ensure we are aligned to meet the business needs. We will always discuss and work with our customers if they feel the increase was not valid. We apologize this didn't happen for you and we are more than happy to discuss further on a call. Our lease agreement terms generally do not change. If we have revisions to be made with our lease agreements, we will send notice in advance addressing which item(s) have changed or added.
