Terrible customer service and price increases are ridiculous
I have been at the storage units in Newnan ga for 8 mos and have been trying to get the door to my unit fixed, u canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t walk into it without bending over due to the door. I have called repeatedly and told ach time they make false claims theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re gonna fix it, 8 mos later still the same problem, I will be moving immediately

Josh, We contacted you multiple times to remove your keyed lock so that we were able to open your unit to repair the door, we placed one of our locks on your unit so that you could do this your unit remain secured. We finally had to cut your lock off in March because we had no communication from you regarding getting your lock off and then fixed the door.
