Carol is great!!!
I have to use quite a few storage units over the years and Muncy S.S. is by far the best for customer service. Carol is a freakin rockstar. Kind, helpful and really cares about people. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. I will stay with them for the long haul because of her!!

I purchased a unit a few weeks ago. Holy answered the phone and my questions. Very professional, more helpful than anything else. She is inviting, diverse, encouraging and a perfect description of how customer service should be everywhere. She helped me from the phone call to the time I actually placed my car in storage.
