Brianna and Bj are fine examples of how every employee should provide quality customer service to patrons. As a consumer I look for numerous qualities before determining if I will do bussiness with a company such as how the employee present themselves, how knowledgeable they are about the product, and helpful tips and/or budget saving suggestions. The staff were very friendly and...
The staff were very friendly and professional. They showed me the size unit I was inquiring about and didn't try to talk me into a larger more expensive until. I do believe the temperature and humidity in the build was a little high for a climate controlled unit. Will check again the next time I go there.
