Excellent Public Storage Location
i would recommend this public storage location to everyone . This location was all that i paid for. they had very reasonable rates . the store unit was perfect size, clean and very easy to access. the staff was very knowledgable and friendly and helped me every step of the way to make sure i was a happy customer

the staff was friendly enough and helpful. the only thing i as dissatisfied with is the upgrade options available after you book online. I was told I cannot upgrade at web prices since I already booked a storage unit through the web. These upgrades would be at walk in rates, which is not the rate structure i received online.

Location okay, but no surveillance or climate control.
Location is okay. Not too happy with the fact that there's no camera surveillance or climate control. Also, I was offered a particular unit, and another unit was assigned upon booking. I had to wait for manager approval to switch the unit to the original one offered, which took time. Overall, rate was good, and the unit suits my needs.
